I have had my new shower from Aloft for about three weeks and I absolutely love it! The demolition and install by Gabriel and Robert was a really convenient 2-day process where I was able to let them in and have them complete the job while I was at work. They were very clean and professional. The glasswork by Elite Shower Doors is beautiful. Many thanks to David Shorey for setting up the sale and install. The project was scheduled for six weeks out but actually happened after three weeks, so that was a bonus. My lovely new shower makes me want to remodel the rest of my home

I learned of Aloft Remodeling when I saw their booth at the Home Show in Del Mar, north county San Diego, and scheduled an in-home estimate for quartz kitchen countertops. Their company rep, Anthony Filipov, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. My husband is hard to please when it comes to construction quality as he is very detail oriented and knows his stuff, which makes finding a contractor difficult. Anthony proved to be up to that challenge. Because of him, we felt confident in our decision to go with Aloft. We have been blown away by how prompt and professional the entire crew is and the quality of the finished product! Chris came out to fabricate the templates just 2 days after we placed the order. The new countertops were installed by Frankie and his crew just 2 business days later! Hubby watched the process and said, "They knew exactly what they were doing." The workmanship is first rate and even hubby is impressed! We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new kitchen and highly recommend Aloft Remodeling. They are headquartered in Arcadia, but also serve San Diego county.

Buyers beware! Aloft is a new company and the owner is a hot mess screaming at my husband and hanging up the phone on him because he is asking for final payment and work is not completed yet. Not professional at all. I called him in the beginning about three weeks ago and to this day still have not heard from him. Now things went from bad to worse. I think this could have all been fixed if he would of just called back. Also, he threatened to put a lien on our house, I'm sure he already did. So now we have one more thing to do. BBB here I come and looks like I have to go file a small claims now. Just make sure you read your contract! I would not be doing any more work with this company nor will I refer anyone and sadly I already did. My shower does not work correctly and they will not fix it till after they are paid and still don't have a toilet installed. I would give no stars if that was possible. Please seek another company for your kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs.

My team was Robert and Gabriel. They were prompt, clean, efficient.When they left at the end of the day the work area was spotless. I highly recommend Aloft, especially if you can get Robert and Gabriel to do the work! in the end, I was very pleased with my new upgraded bathroom and shower.

Hello citizens I just finished a bathroom remodel with Aloft remodel and it came out fantastic . My technicians were Tyler and William. So how it went down was they sent out a sales designer to find out what I wanted . They then took measurements and showed me materials and helped with design . After we settled on a price and payment options they ordered my materials. When my materials came I. Which took about 4 weeks they called to schedule installation. They sent me Tyler and William. They were fantastic. On time everyday . They protected my carpets and stairs and cleaned up everyday . They finished the remodel on 5 days . It would have been four but my walls had some design flaws from the builder but they knew exactly how to remedy the problem . I would highly recommend this company and if you're lucky you will get Tyler and William lol. Peace and blessings, Netra
