Design Escrow

I have been using Alexis at Design Escrow for my entire real estate career and it which has been over 20 years. I would not go anywhere else she is professional and treats my clients with the service and case.

As home buyers, we didn't get to choose Design Escrow for ourselves but as future home sellers we certainly will! Working with Shelley and JoAnn were an absolute pleasure to work with - and a hoot on the phone, to boot!

From offer acceptance to closing, we always felt we were in capable, caring hands and never had a moment of doubt when transferring such large sums.

This office was so beautiful and nicely decorated for the holidays. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. They had coffee water and tea available and presented nicely in the lobby.

These people have AWFUL attitudes and tones over the phone. When you continue sighing and stating "we're too busy" over a 2 minute conversation, that means I need to take my business elsewhere.

I don't care how "long you've been in the business"...if you have a bad attitude, I think the company you're representing to the people you're "serving" will think: NO THANKS!!!
