I had a custom shirt made for my nieces birthday. Everyone at FSP Designs made the process very easy and were all so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making her birthday extra special with her custom made shirt! She absolutely loved it!

I have worked with FSP Designs since 2011 & they have been my go-to shop for my print & embroidery needs for both my own projects as well as for my clients. They have a huge selection of products & brands as well as top-notch quality control.

We needed some new business shirts on short notice and Erica came to our rescue once again!! She's so wonderful to work with! I stopped by with the shirts we wanted to use and some ideas and in less than 10 minutes we had a rough idea planned out!

By the end of the day, Erica had emailed me the designs and they were PURRFECT!! Our shirts were ready right on time and we were so impressed with their new material for the logos - much more breathable and no longer requires the light background - we just love it!!

We brought our own shirts in but they also have shirts available for extra cost - as well as other items like hats, backpacks, jerseys, mugs and more!

Their prices are excellent - quality is excellent - Erica and other staff are wonderful to work with - can't go wrong here and we'll definitely be keeping all our business shirt needs with FSP!

After being a loyal customer for many years and using Matt and FSP for all our clothing and accessory needs we sadly have to part ways. The ladies working the front desk and phone orders are very rude, a mistake was made on our order and the entire staff is fighting with me saying the mistake is my fault when it clearly could have been easily resolved on there end. Over the past few years there quality has gone down and professionalism even worse. Unfortunately a lot of the smaller "screen printing shops" in Monrovia use FSP designs to print there products. Needless to say we are looking for another screen printing company and will no longer refer FSP to anyone and very disappointed

50%!?!??? So I ordered a uniform through a parent portal provided from your company, and what we received was a laughable costume, I thought FSP had QUALITY material and designs, and for the price it should have been! But I was horribly manufactured! Which is not a problem , mistakes happen. But what does FSP do to correct the situation?... they request for the uniforms back to "INVESTIGATE" them and end up keeping the uniform and say their only gonna give 50% of the money back!?!?!! There were multiple ways of of being professional and making FSP shine! But no you basically gonna steal money from me and my child and there's pretty much nothing I can do about it!!! Just hope others can see this message and know what fraud FSP commits

Purchased these super cute custom masks. I loved that there were a lot of options as well as having the option to create your own. These masks are comfortable, breathable washable and I can wear them for long periods of time without breaking out like other masks have done to me. They're super helpful and professional here and get orders out timely with local pick up or ship to home options. They offer tons of other print services. Right was originally done by another printer that I wanted FSP to replicate. They told me they could do it, with a warning that I was very detail oriented. Went on a Friday, was to be ready by Wednesday. Didn't receive them on time and when I did they were made incorrectly. The guy said they would redo them. Today (4/3) I received the redone batch (left) and as you can see they are done incorrectly as well.

Also, when I tried to call them I would get a feedback saying the number had blocked me. The only way I could correspond with them was in person or via email.

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately I won't be using them again.

FSP designs is the best place to go for all you custom needs. I needed custom hoodies with designs on the front, back, and even sleeves. I went in told them what I wanted done and I had a quote emailed to me in less than a few hours. I ordered on a Tuesday and the hoodies were done on that Saturday by 3 o'clock. I would defintly recommend FSP to anyone needs the services they provide. The staff is friendly, fast, and professional.

I had a small issue with my order but Erica was so pleasant and professional. They took care of me 110%. I will for sure use them again and again!
