Has anyone been experiencing slow internet signal.. " unstable connection " I have the highest speed plan, but for the past two weeks service has been horrible and kids are about to start online school?

The next morning, when I called, Azniv quickly identified me and assured that she was already addressing my issue. She listened attentively to my urgency in restoring my internet and efficiently arranged for a technician to come on the same day. I am truly grateful for Azniv's outstanding customer service, and my stress disappeared, further enhancing my appreciation for Giggle Fiber.
Miguel Senior truly impressed me by the exceptional service he provided. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and understanding. It was very helpful that he explained the cause of the issue. Miguel Senior went above and beyond, he carefully had to move some furniture to access the fiber cable. He not only fixed my internet but also ensured everything was returned to its place neatly. Having faced issues with other providers before, I can confidently say that the level of service Miguel Senior provided surpasses any previous experiences. Thanks to his outstanding customer service, Giggle Fiber stands out as the best. Miguel Junior and Justin, who assisted Miguel, were very polite and helpful as well.

I've used Giggle in Monrovia since they started 10 years ago (Champion before that). The price is good and the price for the speed is great. The downtime in recent years has been almost never. If there is a problem it seems to get fixed at once.The best part (and most important to me) is the user support. With every problem I have encountered (often via my own errors) they have addressed things quickly and professionally. Just recently, their tech guy Justin came over to check a problem and offered to help me lay some new ethernet cable under my house (something that they are _not_ required to do). I was blown away by his genuine helpfulness.

I called the tech service of Giggle Fiber, alerting them of a problem with my connection. The rep tried to reboot the box, but it didn't work. So, I asked what would be the next, the tech said, "Get a new TV." Clearly, it's not the TV it's the connection because I can still watch YouTube. Finally, I guess you get what you pay for, good rates, but terrible quality and customer service.

I called to order Giggle Fiber and was able to get it installed the same day. The technician that came out, Leo, was fantastic! He was able to install the modem in my office unlike the Spectrum technician who said there was no active line. Even when Leo didn't have a long enough cable he dropped one of the next morning. The speeds have been fantastic, and the service even better. I can't recommend them enough!

I've been with giggle fiber for a few years now. I have the 1000 mbps $64.95 and renting their router $9.95/mo = $74.90 per month. It's sufficient speed for my remote work, my son's gaming, 3 smart phones and 1 TV. Customer service is responsive and helpful in troubleshooting, the app is helpful and they are local small business.

The best internet service provider I have ever worked with. I genuinely feel valued as a customer, and have been treated with utmost respect and consideration, even as a small business.
Some context, my landlord needed a slew of documents before the ISP could install a single internet cable. The process took significant back and forth with the landlord, at no fault to the ISP, but the entire team at Giggle Fiber was diligent and worked tirelessly to finish the project.
Billy, was my initial point of contact and provided friendly and informative customer service. Eric and Sal (? Sorry if I misremembered your name) continued that as they helped manage the next steps in the process. Andrew, their technician, was incredibly helpful with his timeline projections. Even the company president, Herbert, stepped in at one point to advance discussions with our landlord.
All in all, Giggle Fiber is the best internet service provider I've ever worked with. Fast uninterrupted internet, unparalleled customer service, and run by a team of genuinely committed and skilled professionals.

The customer service is excellent! We had to upgrade our wifi for a fantasy football draft. (Very important, I know.) Not only did they work with us to upgrade our mbps for just one month, but they also provided us with their mesh network to try out during this period of time. And when we ran into an issue with the connection after the installation, Oscar was easy to get a hold of and took the time to problem solve the issue with me.

Long time Giggle Fiber customer since the company moved into Monrovia. Things were great for years but my wifi became spotty recently. The problem was that the modem was old and needed to be switched out to the Aris. I did try the fancy cube thing, but that bulky box made my service fail for weeks.
Frustrated, and for having learned that I had somehow overpaid for two years worth of services due to a glitch caused by autopay banking, Giggle Fiber accounting said that they would not refund my excess money paid because it "can't". Therefore, I was super cranky.... because, the only way to get over $1200 of my money back is to either upgrade and discontinue paying monthly invoices for a year+, or sue.
As I don't want to sue, my feelings changed when the wifi that I've overpaid on nearly two years into the future is not working for a hamburger today. But then technician Justin, shows within an hour of my severe complaint over the phone, and like a magician, Justin fixed everything to make all work, except for the phone...
It seems that the phone line has died, but at least I have wifi to take care of business. Technician Justin figured that my old house made with plaster walls and printer near modem caused interference with wifi and streaming. Kudos to Justin saving the day so that I can get on with business and saving all of us from court. I would though like my money returned, and I guess the phone line signal needs reset on the HQ end.
