Sam Halawi at Longo Toyota just sold me a Toyota Tacoma. I was very happy with his knowledge, patience, courteousness, and overall salesmanship. I highly recommend Sam! (He and I both think that I previously bought a vehicle from him years ago). I'd but one again!

I just purchased 2024 Toyota Camry.
Harley wells was so amazing !! She made it so easy and fast. We did everything pretty much virtual and I just went in and she had my car ready.
She was on top of everything , I recommend Toyota and Harley wells as your sales person.

I send my car here to do body paint work.
Was told to expect call from the body , waited 7 days for the first call to inform me the job will take about a month from now. I got a text message from the manager (?) asking if I have any questions, just text her, I did and never got any response back.

Not recommended for this dealer for any body work .

I recently picked up a part from the parts department and had the pleasure of meeting Veronica. Her exceptional kindness and knowledge stood out as she not only addressed my initial queries but also went above and beyond to assist me with a side mirror issue. Veronica's willingness to accompany me to my car and provide an immediate solution showcased her commitment to excellent customer service. She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding assistance and dedication.

I came here for my 5k mile service for my GR Corolla. What can i say they were all very organized, well kept, and communicated to me and my needs

Very happy with the waiting area too as they have a starbucks and subway (yes in the dealer lol) and very clean restrooms.

Straight forward internet sale. I picked the 2024 Tacoma I wanted and filled out my contact info. I got a response with the out the door price which beat every other dealer I spoke to by at least $3000.00. No sales pressure at the dealership or in the finance office. I highly recommend them.

We purchased a 2024 Grand Highlander Platinum with the amazing help of Patty Gutierez and Aaron and the team. At first I was unsure of what vehicle was best for our family and every detail was explained and side by side comparisons and we made the best choice for our kids. We are excited to take our family on many vacations. I made my first purchase 20 years ago at Longo and I will always come back.

Excellent customer service!! Service advisor Noli Evangalista helped me purchase a pre paid maintenance package. I called the day before to ask for pricing and came in the next day to purchase and Noli assisted me right away! Noli was kind professional and on top of things. I would hope management gives him recognition for his hard work. If you are unsure of who to go to ask for Noli. I was able to get my car serviced that same day and did not have to wait too long. Their lobby has computers and Starbucks. I purchased my Toyota Rav here in 2021 and also had a great experience. Overall best Toyota I've been to!
