I came here for my typing certificate and had such a great experience! It was such a quick process, I was out in less than twenty minutes. Maria was so kind and welcoming. You are able to attempt the test three times and pick your highest score!

Needed a typing certification for a job application, and this was the only listed facility that took walk-in appointments. I went to the location in Covina, which was both conveniently located and not busy at 3:30 pm. I was helped by Laura, who was both friendly and attentive as I completed the testing. Would highly recommend.

This place is jus bla bla bla., they call you tell you they have this they have that ask if you're interested and then you never hear from them. you contact them they do it all over again., never got not even a temp with them.

*Typing Certification*
Came by this location to do a quick typing certification, they were able to assist me right away. For $20 I was able to complete my test within 20 minutes. They were able to print a certificate for confirmation for me to share with anyone if needed.
Staff is super friendly and nice. Place was empty, quiet with 2 staff working, or more, I did go in during lunch hours.
Parking is shared lot in the back, office is located within the plaza - lower level.

*Typing Certification* I went in early this morning to get a typing certificate and I was attended quickly. Loretta was a great help and was very kind. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend. A lot of places require appointments and sometimes they don't even answer. Here no appointment is needed and hours are more convenient.

Wasted my time here, 30+ years ago. They ONLY want you to fill in where they're short-handed at, then when the assignment is over, they kick you to the curb. Don't make the same mistake I made.

Zero starts if I could. I got as far as the second interview and waited three weeks for a follow up. I took the initiative to reach out to Loretta and I I got back was, " sorry, I assumed Brian would reach out to you". Then I text Brian and he nonchalantly replies, " sorry. Things got really busy and fell through the cracks". Not an ounce of respect or dignity.

Went to get my typing certificate, Isela helped me throughout the visit. She was very welcoming and helpful. It only took about 30 minutes to take the assessment and get a copy of your certificate, she also sends it to you via email as a PDF, so that's a plus. As of August 2022, it is $20 for the certificate.

I am retired but need some additional income. This agency sent me to a position that I was very excited about. My first week of work I was not given any training which I sent a message to my counselor. Information I was given was never consistent with the way the other staff was handling. No communication. I was then told that I was not doing good, yet they never trained me or supplied the information I needed in order to succeed. I was approached by one of the managers who was on the defense. I decided to stay mostly silent and reminding myself that this staff was young, and I would say never had any management training. I believe the agency has now put me on a do not send to another possible job. I guess they have to go with the employer. There is no reason for me not to tell the truth. Working 55 years I have always been truthful and loyal. Sorry it turned out this way.

I was not one for retirement and was very excited that I was placed. The job was great, but the employers were not. I notified the agency that I was not being trained. I hung in there but still no training. The employees told me they were not to train me. After 3-4 weeks one of the managers approached me in a very harsh manner, I decided that I would not be able to stay in this hostile environment. I sent an email that I would still like to be considered for another position. I realize I was not off to a good start with my first placement. I have not heard back from them. I guess the silence is my answer.
