Let me get this straight, Post Alarm...the alarm panel is malfunctioning and is no longer working and you advise me someone can't come out to fix it until NEXT WEEK where I don't have a working alarm system for almost a week and then you have the audacity to tell me there will be a charge for the response to see what is wrong next week? Bad business practice. I'd like to bill you for my time and your lack of proper service.

I am so sorry to hear about the frustrating experience that you had. Since hearing about this we have re-educated our Dispatcher thank took your call as we do offer free tech support after hours. For new installations we do not charge for the after hours service. I believe we were able to get out there the very next day and I hope that we were able to resolved your issues. Rob PostOct 1, 2022Previous reviewAt this point, I am not happy with Post Alarm at all. We switched from ADT to Post a few months ago. Today, we received a notification via email that the alarm hasn't been connected since this afternoon. The panel had not responded since 4:37PM per the notification yet the email didn't notify me until 10:33PM. So I called the number listed and was told no one could help me until Monday. It was Friday night when I called. So I can't get any trouble shooting service all weekend UNLESS I pay for the tech support this weekend. What kind of bad business are you people running! I am dissatisfied with the response to my issue with your system and charging your customer for a malfunctioning system is unsatisfactory.

Can't tell you how happy I am with POST ALARM! From salesman Rick Hagen to his A TEAM (Andrew, Armando, Carlos, and Tino) This crew did a great job of getting the alarm system installed and getting me trained on how to use it.
POST ALARM is an outstanding business with great customer care!

The company I work for uses Post Alarm Systems, and they were able to assist me today with a BIG issue we've been having. Cruz in Tech Support was amazing! He was knowledgeable, efficient, kind and beyond helpful. Eric was also very helpful with updating their system so our bill for the tech support was taken care of.

Super customer service, great people,and awesome company! Sal, Cruz, Jaime, and Tim worked on system.Tech Tim couldn't fix my broken camera Friday and didn't have the part so they ordered it on a holiday weekend and Monday morning @8am Jaime already went to warehouse got the part and Cruz was out here within an hours and camera are upgraded working great. These gentlemen went above and beyond and excellent price. Cruz technician is amazing. Tim great on outside cameras and Sal, Jaime excellent management! This is the alarm company to go for if interested for cameras for home or business! And office staff are all sweet and very helpful! Thanks Post!

Called tech support and he had no idea to mute the beeping and actually made it worse, but didn't seem to care and says ' WelI I guest you got to call a technician which is @ $200. And then had to wait 4 days till a tech comes out. Driving my service dog and I crazy. When the nice man came out, his expertise was outside cameras, not inside equipment. Replaced the batteries but wasn't the problem. The other item NVR recorder was the problem and was out of stock and left me with no cameras on. The cameras
were working before with low batteries but installed new ones but no working camera now!?! Should have left cameras on since order placed Friday holiday weekend and probably another 4 more work days. Service manager was supposed to call me on Friday and Saturday but never did to hear my feedback and rectified the situation. And another household has the same problem and no equipment in stock!?! Company loss their integrity and quality of
lack of resolutions. Holiday weekend everyone from company took off noontime while they left me screwed. Feel played, on the back burner cause paid in full and lack in customer service skills. Awesome when previous owner Tony was there, never left me hanging And was there that day of I had a problem. Came to my home during installation helping and overseeing his

We are extremely happy with Post Alarm. Especially Cruz in the IT department he always goes above and beyond in helping us with our camera systems even after hours. We always get the best service when we call for patrol. Thank you for being the best.

Our HOA uses Post Alarm. They are kind, conscientious and professional. Today, my alarm went off while I was at work. KLARISSA deserves tons of applause for keeping me updated and calm. She was amazing. Officer PETINA checked my house and waited for me to arrive home to check it again. He was confident, professional and so kind. Huge shout out to these special employees!
