Seidner's Collision Center

I was in greater Los Angeles and I had a collision on Presidents Day. I needed a (hopefully) minor repair so that I could close my driver's door and then drive back to the Bay Area the next day.

Seidner's Collision Center was recommended by a friend, and they were GREAT!

Jose Gonzales, the General Manager, looked at the damage, and with a couple of minor adjustments by his staff, I was able to close my door and steer without impacting my tire.

Kudos to Jose and his staff for their friendly and efficient response to my situation. Highly Recommended!

I normally do not like giving bad reviews but did not have the best experience here. I brought a vehicle in to get an estimate, upon entering the lobby, I was met with rude behavior from the receptionist. It appeared as if I annoyed her by interrupting her on her phone. I stated that I wanted someone to look at a dent on my car. She told me to wait and called a manager. The manager was professional but upon inspecting my car, He told me it would be cheaper to go elsewhere, and referred me to another shop. I said cheaper? He said we would charge you an arm and a leg here to fix that without insurance. Neither to say I was put off an exit in the building. I did get my car repaired elsewhere but not to place he recommended. With that said, not the best experience here, sorry.

Great attitude and good customer service. The car body repair was done amazingly with professional hands.

Our family has been going to Seidner's for years! The lobby is welcoming and full of helpful representatives in the front office. Lots of assistance in getting our rental (love it)

When CASSANDRA comes out to give us an estimate, I know for us, we have the best. With 20 years of experience, Cassandra looks over our car for damage as if it were her car. When asked, she explains the why of the work which is important to us.

When we p/u our car it is washed and could easily pass for a new car!
BTW it is 7 years old...

We had front end damage to our vehicle and AAA had us send it to Seidners. We picked up our vehicle looking better than ever!!! The customer service was really excellent because they notified us often about the progress. Angel our estimator was really professional and courteous.
I would schedule any body repair at this shop and feel confident that it would be done with quality and expertise!!

I really recommend this place when you need Body work on your car they left my car so Beautiful it shined you couldn't even tell where the collision was Loved it ..Thank you guys for everything you guys and we got our earlier then estimated ...

No one likes fender-benders, but my experience with Seidner's certainly made things easier. They were incredibly nice and easy to deal with, and the work was superb. My car looks fantastic, probably better than when I bought it as a 3-year-old former leased vehicle. Angel and all of the staff were wonderful. They kept me informed at every step of the process via text, and the car was ready exactly when they said it would be. I had used Seidner's many years ago with a sideview mirror issue, and they were excellent then as well. I would recommend them very highly.
