      Had water damage that was there over a year+ and didn't want to fix it during the COVID days. However, we could tell it was getting worse. It was approx. 1/3 ceiling of the room, paint was showing bubbling. I knew there was mold and had to get it fixed.

      After researching businesses, we settled on SERVPRO of Arcadia. There are other SERVPROs, so this review is for Amy and her group in Arcadia. The team - so nice on the phone (Amy, Kathy, Eric...). I spoke with Aibi the most and she is so friendly (and cheerful). I called them many times and someone always answered, which is not typical, but a bonus for me.

      Julio came on time, took notes and measurements for the estimate. We decided to hire them and Julio came back to cut out the dry wall and insulation, and also handled the mold treatment. Julio was patient and professional, answered all our questions. So neat, too, not a speck of dust when they left.

      This SERVPRO team was so good we decided to have them fix the drywall/insulation as well. Mike came (with another Mike) to put in the drywall/insulation, was also on-time, so very neat, and really personable. It seriously looks better than I remembered.

      We are so grateful to be able to get our water damage fixed and the room back to normal. Thank you to everyone who was involved.

      Our house flooded four months ago. It was a traumatic experience and Servepro came in and handled everything for us. They didn't just help us with the water damage they also stored and packed all of our belongings and helped me put everything back four months later. Amy and her entire crew was absolutely amazing. Amy was available at all times and honestly it was probably the best customer service I've experienced. The girls that help me put the house back in order were wonderful also. Maria is the sweetest person to work with and they all made a really bad experience so much easier and I am very grateful to them!

      I have to leave a positive feedback for this company and the Servpro Staff that addresses my concerns in a very negative time when our master bath hose from the toilet burst and flooded our entire master bath and master bedroom. I called Servo from a referral from a reputable local plumber I use. The clean up, drying and working. With us was just the beginning. About a month after we moved back home I. Oticed an issue that was really bothering me. I emailed the info email from their site email, and the office manager Amy responded right away. She was very attentive and listened to my concern. They didn't put blame on anyone and took responsibility for my problem. Let's just say they went over and beyond and made me a 5 star customer. I'm in sales mysElf and believe in giving business to people thaT take care of their clients.

      I have a a book of business in the 20 years I've been in the automotive finance lender industry and they will get more referrals from me than any other advertising avenue just because they stood up and handled the problem. She even sent an email of apology, and followed through with everything.

      Now a days business are a "wham bam thank you " type of business after they take your money. I have to say, this company is legit and didn't just care about the money. They cared about my concern and hard time we went through.

      Even if you get a lower quote, that doesn't mean you received the best service.

      Thank you Amy. You will forever have me as a client and imwlll he sending anyone your way that goes through something hard like a home flood.

      ServPro has had to service my condo three times, due to an upstairs neighbor's water leak. Each time they were extremely courteous, called and scheduled appointments promptly. The service personnel were extremely courteous, professional, clean in their work site, and gave me confidence that my place would be put back together (walls, ceiling, paint, tile) beautifully.

      I am forever grateful to the hardworking SERVPRO crew; Maria, Tony,
      Anthony, to name a few of a very large committed team that came and put Humpty Dumpty back together!
      We recently had a chemical kitchen fire that completely upended our home (I am remiss if I don't give a shout out to Arcadia Fire Departiment for their quick and thorough response!). Tony and Anthony came early morning the very next day to assess the damage and brought their team of angels who diligently worked long and tedious 2 days to restore our home. The chemical acrid odor still persists but they have left many (4) industrial air purifiers in home to help distinguish the smell. Hoping that will do the trick! When disaster occurs, of which I do not wish upon anyone, these are the people to contact!

      Our business in Temple City experienced a flood from a broken water heater on New Year's day. I contacted ServPro Arcadia and they began the remediation process by moving everything out and working with my insurance company.
      Anthony, Tony, Mike, Javier, Angie, Amy, and Kathy treated me well during this difficult time. They took care of extra things that were not in the scope of work that my insurance company was going to pay for. Anthony told me that my store would be better than new, and now I believe him. This is a difficult business because they are working with the owner who is distraught already. I hope I never need them again but if I did, I know who to call.

      Category 3 Water backed up into our unit and Servpro seriously came to the rescue.

      My main point of contact was Anthony. During the entire ordeal, he answered my calls and text messages immediately. I did not ever have to leave a message. He understood that I was under a lot of stress having to deal with this type of catastrophe. He really made me feel at ease.

      My second point of contact was Julio. He was my main contact on site. He was very informative and just instructed me on what was going to happen during the repairs and filled me in on how the repairs would be completed. Their care for the property during the repairs was great. They kept it as clean as possible and contained the work space to keep any debris from spreading throughout the unit.

      The incident happened on May 8th, I finally moved back home on June 2nd. the dust has finally settled and I cannot thank Servpro enough for their assistance.

      Servpro was referred to me through my insurance company, the Auto Club of Southern California (AAA). They truly are the best in my eyes. In my field, I deal with quite a few different insurance companies. I do not have any problem recommending them and have done so plenty of times.

      I came home to 3 inches of water in my living room and dining room. It was 3:00am at the time. I called SERVPRO of Arcadia and they had I crew at my house within the hour. No one likes to be bothered at 3am, but they seemed to have no problem with it. The extracted all the water and set up their equipment and returned later on in the day to finish the process. After having the water sitting for so long it turned into mold. I had no idea that they also do mold remediation. Their crew members were very respectful and knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of the way and kept me updated. Thanks for everything guys, you guys are hero's!

      We had water damage issues and called SERVPRO. They came out quickly to assess the damage and worked with us on the best course of action to repair all the damaged areas at a reasonable cost. The work was performed quickly and well. The owner even provided some useful design advice on the repairs. Hopefully we won't have water damage issues again, but if we do, we won't hesitate to call SERVPRO. They are good people, running an honest business.
